  Excellent group of people who work for this establishment. We enjoy the time we spend with the staff at Outback. They all know us by name and it makes us feel important each and every time we visit. My go to for a meal is typically the 9oz Outback special wood fired paired with an order of broccoli and a salad with blue cheese dressing. We have not had a bad meal here. Very consistent and the staff is always making sure that everything is cooked to perfection. We can eat steaks at any restaurant in the valley but there are two main reasons why we visit Ben Rhodes and his staff at least 3 times per week. The first being great quality food and the second is the great friendly staff. Thanks for being who you are and continue to keep up the good work. YOUR THE BEST!!!

  Me and my husband are regulars at this particular outback and we keep going back. Food is always fresh and tastes great! the service is wonderful. We have been eating here for years and if there was ever an issue (which is not often) they have always done what ever to make it right. Currently they have their unless shrimp special going on and I'm pretty sure we will go back at least 3 more times before it ends!

  Veggies were very tough . The chicken fajita soup choked me . My steak was not medium rare and had to be sent back and this was at 3:45 pm .not even a busy time.i cant recommend this place for the money paid.

  We waited well over an hour and the reason was waiting on mashed potatoes... the waitress was very rude..
  After a complaint to the manager it was told that the waitress put the order in "with someone else's .. but they had already finished their meal... who really knows...

  The manager took care of the bill but won't return for sure !

  Have gone to the Niles location several times over several years because we know that we will have a delicious meal with high quality service every time. We always start with a bloomin onion and the ahi tuna and I almost always get a steak, but this time I got the bloomin burger and my dinner guests got the ribs and the prime rib. Everything was amazing. Thank you Outback Niles for always coming through when we don't want to cook.
